ScanBox Ergo Line duo NE08 + HF08 cabinets offer the versatility of a convection heated cabinet, and an ambient insulated cabinet combined into the one lightweight and ergonomic unit.

Easily transport and distribute hot food in the convection heated cabinet at the perfect temperature safely, and efficiently. The ambient section is perfect for dry goods, and holding hot and cold foods at their ambient temperature over shorter distances. If chilled down, the ambient cabinet will hold cold foods longer due to eutectic plates within the cabinet.
