The 1900DW is unique in that it offers the flexibility of different temperature set-points in the upper and lower compartments. Slow cook product to perfection at an exact temperature in the lower cabinet; hold, regenerate or slow cook food to perfection at a different temperature in the upper section.

Both sections will maintain your exact nominated temperatures.

How is that possible?
Dual controls and heating systems both apply patented Fluid Shelf® technology, where heat is in constant motion in the shelves. Minimal heat and moisture escapes the cabinet despite frequent door openings; thus eliminating the need for costly ventilation systems and installation. More importantly, food quality and safety are a sure thing.
